Soda born in a bar, Made for you


It’s rare that we see a product being born from a cocktail bar, but PS Soda was created in PS40 bar which is situated in the Sydney CBD. Using their skills in mixology, the PS40 team have created a fantastic of soda range for anyone who is looking for more complexity in their drinks.

The 2019 range of sodas have been impressive with a eclectic range of flavours for any taste bud.

Creaming Blood Orange range uses the skin and juice to give it raspberry-like citrus note. The addition of vanilla, tonka bean, ginga and coriander gives this drink a fantastic flavour.

If you are looking for more of a kick, Prof. Pepperberry might hit the (spicy) spot. Made with pepperberry, juniper, cardamon, cassia, nutmeg, allspice, birch, ginger, molasses, liquorice root, coriander seed, sarsaparilla & lemon zest. All these ingredients give Prof. Pepperberry a delicious taste with a almighty spicy kick.

And the Rhu-Bubbly is the perfect soda for breakfast. Made with rhubarb, black cardamom, juniper and lime, it’s great for breakfast or you can mix with your favourite gin.
