The term was famously made popular by TV chef Jamie Oliver, but the phrase Pukka is a old British term for genuine. That’s what Tim Westwell and Sebastian Pole thought of when they launched their product and aptly named their product, Pukka.
Pukka uses over 175 varieties of organic herbs and they make sure all their ingredients are harvested ethically. The organic herbs are sourced naturally and each product has the tick of approval from Pukka.
Pukka is 100% organic with no pesticides, GM material or agrochemicals. Pukka’s philosophy is connecting people by using natural ingredients.
Co-founder Pole is also the master herbsmith as Pukka, who uses the many flavours in fruit, herb and teas with the main objective to produce a naturally organic tea with wellbeing in mind.
The variety of flavours have different purposes. Such as ‘Night Time’ range which uses lavender, lime flower and oat flower which is perfect before bed time. Or you can choose ‘Detox’ range which has a great mix of aniseed, fennel, cardamom and licorice root. A perfect tea for a Friday night after a tough week at work.
