Cool down with Kombucha

The global phenomenon of Kombucha is hitting the Australian community with consumers looking for health orientated beverages for their busy lifestyles.

Liberty Kombucha by the Cool Cool Beverage Co has created a drink which is made by brewers. Fermented over 30 days, the team slowly ferment and craft the flavours of each drink to create an authentic taste but make sure each drink harnesses the health benefits kombucha has for our bodies. Our brewers use traditional brewing methods to maximise taste and to make sure each drink is 100% kombucha. All Liberty Kombucha drinks are low in sugar.

Liberty Kombucha come in 6 distinct flavours. If you want a straight kombucha drink without the bells and whistles, the Original flavour is defintely the right choice.  Kakadu Plum & Ginger uses Kakadu Plum which is used by Australian Aboriginal people for many generations. It is great for anti-inflammatory and antioxidants. With the combination of ginger give this drink a bit of a kick. If you are looking for a tropical taste, the Lemon & Coconut might hit all the right notes. Using the zest of lemon with the combination of coconut make this drink perfect by the beach or on a sunny day.

If you are looking for something a bit more sour, try the Pomegranate which a high vitamin C and has a great balance of sweet and sour. If you’re looking for something a bit sweeter, Black Cherry has a great balance of sweetness. Blood Orange is another sweet kombucha option with the taste of blood orange.
