Original flavour is lightly seasoned to get a full richness and flavour of their grass fed beef. Hot & Spicy flavour uses some heat with chilli flakes and paprika to give the jerky a spicy hit. If you find that is too hot for your palate, you can try the Heated Garlic which maybe more to your liking. And you want something a bit more exotic, Thai Fusion might be for you which has traditional Thai flavours of lemon grass and coriander.
